Inter-House Culinary Competition 2023

The Upper School Inter House Culinary Competition is back with its second rendition this year. The competition will take place on the 4th of September post school hours at the Abeyratne-Jayaraj rooftop terrace.

This event promises to be a display of the fine culinary prowess of young up-and-coming cooks in the Trinity family. This year’s theme is an ambitious leap into the territory of international cuisine spanning from the Mediterranean to Asia and beyond. We aim to promote versatility and adaptability and to show that cooking isn’t confined to the “kitchen” while also keeping an eye out for sustainability. As always, we wish to create an atmosphere of fun, learning and engagement for students, teachers and the spectators alike. This year we are also opening up a novel Open Competition which is a common invitation to all enthusiasts in the student community. Come drop by one of our stalls to indulge in a treat or two while you bear witness to this spectacle.
