Project Background

To build a new commerce block, partly on site of old Botany Labs and with the possibility (second stage) of extending the building to college land across Lady Gordon’s Drive (connected by a Bridge across the road). The building will be a timely solution to the acute classroom shortage the college is facing. It will be beautiful addition to the college’s built landscape.

Design concept

  • 6 Classrooms
  • 1 Multi-media/ Meeting Room
  • Office for Sectional Head
  • Common Room/Open Work Area for A Level students and teachers
  • Large Washroom for students
  • Small washroom for staff
  • Open terrace overlooking the School (for Meetings, Entertaining etc)
