Application Support Executive
An Application Support Executive involves providing technical support for software applications in Dynamics 365 Business Central and is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of software applications used. The position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing technical support for software applications used by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Resolving application-related issues reported by users.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Developing and maintaining documentation related to application support processes and procedures.
- Providing training and support to end-users on the proper use of software applications
- Participating in the development of user manuals and other documentation for software applications.
REQUIREMENTS
- A sound qualification in the field of IT
- Proven two years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central application support or a similar technical support role.
- Knowledge in the following Programming languages such as PHP and MySQL are an added benefits
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management and organizational skills
IT Technical Assistant
The IT Technical Assistant is responsible for providing technical support for computer hardware, software, and systems used. The position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other IT team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Maintaining and monitoring computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware or software faults
- Providing technical support to end-users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Performing regular backups and disaster recovery operations
- Conducting preventive maintenance on IT equipment, including cleaning and servicing of computer components
- Collaborating with IT team members to support IT projects and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Sound educational qualifications in IT
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical support role
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, networks, IP Camera and peripherals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work if necessary, outside of regular business hours
