Regardless of the activity they’ve excelled at, the recipients of Colours live out the true meaning of the College’s motto, Respice Finem, which means, ‘Look to the End’. For many of the students, earning a Colours Award becomes a defining period of their life, as this is the point at which years of hard work, love, and loyalty for the sport or activity comes to a situated end.

The Lion Award is perhaps the most coveted honour at Trinity, as it is the most prized among other awards, also defining the most outstanding performance in sports. From Grade 5 students upwards, the lab was filled with creativity, CAD modelling on Autodesk Fusion 360, digital prototyping, 3D scanning, and live industrial-grade 3D printing in action. Watching students transform their own digital designs into real-world objects was an incredible experience.

And this is just the beginning… many more technology and innovation workshops are yet to come!

A sincere thank you to Mrs Judy Menoji Kalupahana for generously sharing her expertise, experience, and invaluable industry insights with the young Trinitians!
“Getting hired begins long before the interview. It begins on paper.”

An insightful evening at the ‘Get Hired on Paper First’ Masterclass as students explored the real-world art of crafting impactful CVs, understanding recruiter expectations, ATS screening, AI in recruitment, and the importance of presenting their authentic professional selves with clarity and confidence.

Students were reminded that every experience tells a story, and every story matters.
