The Annual Senior Inter House Rugby Tournament 2022 was held on the 19th of February 2022 at the Pallekele Rugby Stadium. This marked the commencement of Inter House events in college.
The 5 senior houses battled it out to be crowned as the champions of the tournament.
After a day full of 10-a Side Rugby, the results were as follows:
1st Place – Garrett House
2nd Place – Simiththraaratchy House
3rd Place – Oorloff House
4th Place – Central Boarding House
5th Place – Lemuel House
Individual awards were presented to the players who performed well at the tournament:
Player of the Tournament- Shamendra Dissanayake
Player of the Final – Harith Samaraweera, Kovida Wickramasinghe
Upcoming Player – Upek Gammudali
The players would like to thank their coaching staff and the MIC for all the support given to make the tournament a success. A big thank you goes out to the sponsors for their contributions to make Trinity Rugby soar high.
