Two of our Karate players, Nadeesh Illukumbure and Osanda Bandara represented Sri Lanka participating at the Asian Karate Championship held in Sabah, Malaysia from 23rd to 30th April 2019. The 18th edition of this event was organised under the patronage of the Asian Karate Federation (AKF).
Master Nadeesh Illukumbure was ranked 7th among the Asian players in the category U21 Kumite Male – 55kg.
We congratulate both the players for being selected to participate in this event and wish them best for their future in this sport.
