This is to inform you that ATD Vaccination Programme by the School Medical Office – District Hospital Katugastota will take place on the 1st and 2nd March in the College Main Hall. The schedule for the students to report to school is given below and I request the parents to kindly adhere to it.

We have also attached the scanned document from the Medical Officer for your perusal. If you are willing kindly fill in the reply slip and send it along with your son.
If you are not willing kindly fill in the reply slip and hand them over at the Junior School Main Gate on 1 March 2021.
