Art in Paper Folding – 13th Issue of the Grade 1 Weekly Newsletter

It’s Paper Folding time!

This week’s Grade 1 Newsletter presents several ways in which the Accordion Pleat can be used for crafting.

A coloured piece of paper or a newspaper was given to the students and they were asked to do the Accordion pleat after the teacher’s demonstration. A certain amount of time was given to the students of each class to think of a creation to make out of the folded papers and come to a conclusion.

Butterflies, Flowers, Peacock, Fairies, Fish, Rabbit & Fox

Browse the Microsoft Sway Newsletter via the link below to view the creativity of the students in Grade 1.

Creativity in Colouring – 12th Issue of the Grade 1 Weekly Newsletter

A song about a kite was played for students to listen, and they were asked to draw a kite and colour their artwork.
