The Trinity College Cadet Band finished All Island 10th and 2nd in Central Province at the All Island Western Cadet Band Competition 2022 organised by the National Cadet Corps from 6th to 13th September 2022 at NCCTC, Rantambe. The Cadet band secured the following places.
- 2nd Battalion – 2nd Place
- Kandy District – 2nd Place
- Central Province – 2nd Place
- All Island – 10th Place
