Why make picture frames?
Making photo frames is one of the simplest projects that one can get involved in. It is fun and you will end up with a photo frame that is charming and gift worthy.
Children can get as creative as they want when it comes to decorating their frames. From glitter, buttons, pebbles to seashells, it really just depends on what they like.
This project is a good way to keep the children busy and make good use of something you would have otherwise tossed aside. Not only do you get a pretty picture frame at the end of it, but your child can be taught the importance of recycling through this activity.
Whether you’re creating for yourself or for friends and family, making picture frames is such a simple craft that you’ll soon be searching for more photos to fill all your frames.
In this Issue
Students tried their hands at decorating a photo frame for the Environment Related Activity lesson – “අපේ ගෙදර”.
They were allowed to decide on how & what to use in order to decorate the photo frame.
It was very satisfying at the end to insert a photo of their family & having it displayed in the class.
