Annual General Meeting – Parent Teacher Association

The 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Parent Teacher Association of Trinity College Kandy will be held on Saturday, 13th of May 2023 at 9:00 am in the Trinity College Main Hall. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Reading the notice calling the meeting
2. Regrets, Condolences and observing a moment of silence
3. Welcome address by the President Rev. Fr. Araliya Jayasundara OSB
4. Adoption of the minutes of the 21st Annual General Meeting
5. Secretary’s Report
6. Presentation of the Annual Accounts
7. Election of Office Bearers and Year Representatives*
8. Address by the President Rev. Fr. Araliya Jayasundara OSB
9. Address by the Representative to the Board of Governors
10. Moving of resolutions & any other business of which special notice has been given in writing to the General Secretary on or before 29th of April 2022 in accordance with clause 17(a) of the rules of the PTA-TCK
11. Any other matters

At this year’s AGM year representatives will be selected for Grades 1,3,4,5,7,8,9,11,12,13 and 14.
