TCK Cadet Band among the frontiers 

The All-Island Western Cadet Band Competition for 2023 was held from 18th – 25th September 2023. The Cadet Band  earned the honour of representing the college at  this prestigious competition after securing the 1st position in the provincial selections. 

A team of 25 dedicated students proudly represented Trinity College and showcased their musical talents at this national event. Their unwavering commitment and hard work succeeded as Trinity emerged 1st runner-up in the 2nd Battalion (Kandy) and secured an impressive 10th place among the forty two contestants at the NCC training Centre at Rantembe. 

Trinity Cadet Band were further recognised  in two individual competitions during the band camp. They secured 2nd place in the PT competition and claimed 3rd position in the Variety Show Competition. 

Such outstanding performances were made possible due to the immense support received from the dedicated teachers, coaches, parents, and the school administration.
