Master Senuja Samarasinghe: Reaching New Heights

Master Senuja Samarasinghe: the former captain of the College’s swimming team has been selected to represent Sri Lanka at the BIMSTEC Youth Aquatic Sports Championship which is scheduled to be held from the 7th to the 14th of February 2024 in New Delhi.  

Master Samarasinghe will be amongst a swimming squad of 20 boys and 20 girls. 

The Championship will be held in the SPMC Indoor Swimming Complex which consists of an eight-lane, 50 meter pool at Talkatora, New Delhi.  

Master Senuja will be taking part in the following events for the Sri Lankan outfit: 

  1. 50-meter Backstroke 
  1. 100-meter Backstroke 

Master Samarasinghe is an inspiring figure who has ensured that the infrastructure and program development for Trinity Swimming is a success and is sure to produce marvelous performances by the team in the near future. 

On behalf of the Trinity fraternity, we wish Master Senuja Samarasinghe and the Sri Lankan squad all the very best in their pursuit of bringing glory to our beloved country.
