Tenders for the proposed Badminton Court for Trinity College at Asgiriya, Kandy, are hereby invited from Contractors (CIDA Grade C5 or above).
Tender forms could be obtained from the College procurement department from 22 April to 2 May 2025 on working days on cash payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees five thousand (Rs.5,000.00).
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the latest date of Bid submission and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form provided in the Bid documents for a value of Rupees six hundred thousand only (Rs.600,000.00) valid for 120 days from the latest date of Bid submission.
A Pre-Bid Meeting and site visit will be held at 2.30 p.m. on 2 May, at Asgiriya grounds, Kandy.
Sealed tenders will be accepted up to 2.00 p.m. on May 8, and will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives.
