- Presentation of the Annual Accounts
- Election of Office Bearers and Year Representatives*
- Address by the President
- Address by the Representative to the Board of Governors
- Moving of resolutions & any other business of which special notice has been given
in writing to the General Secretary on or before 26th of April 2025 in accordance
with clause 17(a) of the rules of the PTA-TCK. Notices to be sent to
