The Trinity College Athletics Team performed exceptionally well at the All Island School Games 2022 and bagged many achievements.
The meet was was held at Sugathadasa Stadium, Colombo from 2nd to the 6th of December, 2022. The Trinity team won number of medals, breaking national and school records during the meet.

Under 16

- Set a new meet record (1st) in the U-16 300m hurdle in the All Island School Games
- Placed second in the 100m hurdle in the All Island School Games
- Placed second in the 4×100 m relay

- Placed second in the 4x100m relay

- Placed second in the 4x100m relay

Special Achievements
- Trinity became the U16 runner up in the All Island School Games
- Trinity placed overall 2nd in the Relay Championship
- The U 20 relay team broke the school 4x400m record which was set 12 years ago
- The U18 relay team broke the school 4x100m record
- Mast. M A Riffai was able to break the National Record for the 300m hurdles event.
