Applications are invited from students wishing to study London A Levels (Edexcel syllabus) at Trinity College. The course will start in May 2018. Although primarily for current Trinity students, a few places are likely to be available for Boys and Girls currently studying at other schools, both Local and International.
London A Levels are an increasingly popular option in Sri Lanka as they prepare students for a wide range of Higher Education opportunities in this country and overseas. The Applied rather than Theoretical nature of the Courses also teaches students to communicate effectively and think for themselves both critically and creatively – vital qualities in today’s rapidly changing job market. With London A Levels, students are also not tied into studying subjects within a particular “stream” – they can choose those subjects which they enjoy most and are best at.
Trinity will be offering a wide range of subjects at London A Level, including:
Mathematics (and Further Mathematics), Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English Literature, French, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting, IT, History, Geography, Art & Design, Psychology and Law.
