Excellence from Trinity at the 54th Malaysian Swimming Championship 2018

In an amazing display of swimming prowess at the 54th MILO/PRAM Invitational Age Group Swimming Championship 2018 held in Malaysia between 13th to the 20th of March, Mindiya Jayasinghe was able to bag bronze in his signature event, the freestyle.

Reputed in his home town Kandy as one of the swimmers with the smoothest freestyle technique, Mindiya Jayasinghe was able to bring fame to College and Country as he competed against other seasoned swimmers and emerged third at this international event.

Master Jayasinghe was the swimming Captain of Trinity College for the year 2017, and he was also awarded a Lion, the most coveted award a sportsman at Trinity can receive, for his exceptional achievements.
