Notice: Inviting Students to join the College Web Content Team

The College Website is pleased to welcome interested students from Grade 9, 10, 12 and 13, to join the College Web Content Team as website authors.

We are looking for writers and graphic designers to join our Web Content Team and contribute to the College website and Social Media channels.

Writers

We do our best to review most school events on the College website. Additionally, we encourage our authors to compose their own articles on the past, present, and future of Trinity. As such, we require students who will be interested in writing commissioned reviews and articles.

You will get the rare opportunity to expand your understanding of WordPress blogging and other contemporary online communication technologies. We attribute our writers for their reviews and articles. Additionally, we recommend students to maintain LinkedIn profiles as their active professional portfolios.

Graphic Designers

Students interested in graphic design are encouraged to join the Web Content Team. All of our social media posts and videos are created using a comprehensive style guide.

You will get the opportunity to obtain hands-on expertise with Adobe Photoshop and other design software, as well as how to adapt your design artwork for each social media platform.

Trinity College is one of the few schools in Sri Lanka with an active Social Media feed and a global audience on all of its Social Media handles.

How we work

We use Trello, an online management tool that allow our writers and designers to remotely collaborate together in all their tasks. Trello offers the integration of various automations that makes it easier for the Web Content Team to perform efficiently while focusing more on creativity.
