We are pleased to launch the 2nd Edition of THE TRINTIAN – The Digital Magazine of Trinity College, Kandy on our College Website.
Our focus in this second edition of The Trinitian – the digital magazine of Trinity College Kandy will be on the first half of the T150 Sesquicentennial Anniversary Year. During the last six months, we have witnessed tectonic socio-economic and political changes in our Island Nation. The joys of the gradual cessation of the impact of the global pandemic were short lived. As the world returned to normalcy after two and a half years of estrangement and confusion, we as a nation eagerly awaited the return of our day-to-day activities. Shattering all hopes of a return, our nation plunged into a political abyss with tragic socio-economic ramifications. In context, all our activities related to the anniversary, thus embody the indefatigable resilience of this nation and the dire need to reinvigorate hope for a renewed future.
