Trinity College has proudly achieved a remarkable milestone, finishing as the 2nd runner-up in the A Division at the All-Island Under-13 Doubles Team Championship organized by the Sri Lanka Schools Badminton Association (SLSBA). Held at the prestigious Digana courts, this week-long tournament showcased fierce competition among some of the nation’s top schools.
The young Trinitians displayed exceptional resilience and skill, prevailing over notable teams such as Royal College – B team, St. Anthony’s, and Asian Grammar School. Their journey through the competition demonstrated not only their technical prowess but also a commendable sense of teamwork and sportsmanship. This achievement marks another chapter of success for Trinity College’s badminton team, who continue to set inspiring standards in school-level badminton.
