I’m proud to be a Trinity cricket lion before I was appointed as the captain of the team. A batsman whom i use to admire the most in my junior days at Trinity was Niroshan Dickwella, when i saw him getting the cricket lion at the college main hall, the next day when i stepped on to the cricketing field my main aim was to become a cricket lion, and today I’m one of the proud owners of it. I have to thank so many people starting from my coaches, principal, master in charge, The prefect of games, Trinity college cricket foundation and my wonderful parents whom I’m always blessed with. Thank you everyone who helped me to reach the most sought after milestone for a Trinitian. Hopefully my team and I will Make Trinity proud in this season.
