At the beginning of every year students are selected from grade 2 for tennis. To give equal opportunities, selection is limited to three per class. This forms the basis for the team which represents College at all the tournaments organized by the Sri Lanka Tennis Association, the most important being the All Island Tennis Tournament.
This year too the team took part in the ALL ISLAND INTER SCHOOL TENNIS REGIONAL QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT which is usually held in Negombo. Two teams took part as A & B teams. The matches consists of three singles and two doubles.

We then played in the Semi Final and proceeded to face St. Anthony’s Wattala in the Finals.
