The Social Service Union of the Middle School organized a Food Fair on the 5th of October 2018 – held during the ‘short interval’ at the Wickremasinghe block.
The union provided the boys from the Middle School with many foods – rolls, cake, biscuits, coconut and milk toffee, and more. The event was a great success, with the area being as crowded as a beehive. Many teachers attended the fair too, showing the boys that they are ready to support a worthy cause at any time.
The Middle School Social Service Union is directed by Mrs C.N. Wikramanayake, Mrs S. Pethiyagoda and Mrs Godage, and its members have helped many people around Sri Lanka and hopes to continue and strengthen their efforts in the future.
