Recently, old boys from the Batch of 1997 built a house for one of our former support staff members, Mrs Manike Pallemulla.
The completed house was ceremoniously handed over to the owners on 3rd of Feb 2019 under the distinguished patronage of the Principal of Trinity College, Mr Andrew Fowler-Watt and the old boys of the Batch of ’97.
This was a community service project to provide comfortable living accommodation for Mrs Pallemulla, whose family previously lived in a very small single room and faced many financial issues due to Mrs Pallemulla being paralysed for some time.
While recognizing this generous act by the Batch of ’97, we would like to encourage those reading this post and younger generations of Trinitians to always take the lead in promoting ethical values such as of helping the poor and the needy, as a true Trinitian should do.
