The IT Club of Trinity College Junior School organized their annual Hardware Programme on the 23rd of March 2019.
This year it was held in the Computer Engineering Department, University of Peradeniya, and planned under the guidance of Co-Vice Principal Mr A. S. Marasinghe, IT Director and the Junior School IT teachers.
75 members of grade 4 and 5 IT Club took part in this event.
The programme was conducted by Dr Asitha Bandaranayake, the Director of Internet & Communication Services Unit, University of Peradeniya, on the topics of IoT (Internet of Things) and robotics, with demonstrations carried out by his team of students in the computer engineering department.
We are extremely grateful for the support and the initiative taken in organizing all the logistics.
