Parent Teacher Association of Trinity College Kandy – Annual General Meeting

The 20th Annual General Meeting of the Parent Teacher Association of Trinity College Kandy will be held on Saturday, 19th of September  2020 at 10:00 am in the Trinity College Main Hall. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Reading the notice calling the meeting
2. Regrets, Condolences and observing a moment of silence
3. Welcome address by the President
4. Adoption of the minutes of the 19th Annual General Meeting
5. Secretary’s Report
6. Presentation of the Annual Accounts
7. Election of Office Bearers and Year Representatives*
8. Address by the President
9. Address by the Representative to the Board of Governors
10. Trinity 150 Project Progress report
11. Moving of resolutions & any other business of which special notice has been given in writing to the General Secretary on or before 05th of September 2020 in accordance with clause 17(a) of the constitution of the PTA-TCK
12. Any other matters
13. Vote of Thanks

* At this year’s AGM year representatives will be selected for Grades 4, 7 and 10.
