Maintenance Supervisor

Job description:  To lead the TCK Maintenance Unit and be in-charge of supervising and coordinating maintenance and repair work in the College premises and other properties owned by TCK. Requirements:  Applicant should have experience in supervising maintenance work (minimum 5 years) and would be ideally over 40 years of age.  The ideal candidate would be able to manage the maintenance team that would attend to routine masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work etc. The prime requirement is the ability to lead the team of skilled of employees. Professional qualifications (NVQ 4,5 or equivalent) and working knowledge of English will be an advantage. GCE A Level – Chemistry (English & Sinhala mediums) We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the TCK Local A-Level Section as a Chemistry teacher to teach in both English and Sinhala mediums. The successful applicant will be a Graduate, preferably with at least 3-5 years of teaching experience. Biology and Science – Middle School (Tamil & English Mediums) We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the TCK Local stream as a Biology and Science teacher English and Tamil mediums. General conditions : All teachers employed at Trinity must be able to teach in English and have experience in conducting online lectures comfortably. Applications are invited from students wishing to study for the Edexcel International Advanced Levels at Trinity College. The course will begin in July, 2020. Students with good academic records who have completed the local Ordinary Levels in December, 2019 or who have completed their IGCSE in May, 2020 and are awaiting results are encouraged to apply.  Participation in extra-curricular activities will be an added qualification.
